This clinic is geared towards the offensive and goalie positions to focus on shooting mechanics and goalie fundamentals. Run by the Endicott Men’s Lacrosse staff and players, you will be put through college level drills to help take your shooting and stopping skills to the next level! What you can expect from this clinic:

Shooters

o   Breaking down shot mechanics from your feet to your hands

o   Shooting on the run

o   Time & room

o   Individual drills to take home

Goalies

o   Straight-on shooting

o   Angle shots

o   Bounce shots

o   Defending ball-behind situations

o   Point blank shots

o   Clearing

o   Communication
